About the Author

Elizabeth Vladica has been cooking for her family for over 60 years, and has travelled and lived all over the world.

Born in Armenia in the 1930s, and having lived in countries including Iran, America and Australia since, Elizabeth has amassed a collection of thousands of recipes from many different countries and cultures.

Over 15 years ago, Elizabeth decided to publish a collection of her favourite recipes, and after many years and drafts, the result is Tastes of Persian and Armenian Cuisine, a collection of Persian and Armenian recipes that are easy to cook and include snacks, entrees, main meals and desserts, including light cold dishes perfect for summer, through to hearty stews and casseroles for the middle of winter, and everything in between.

With hard copies from $40 including postage, and digital copies available from $12, it is a perfect cookbook for everyone.
